Basic Amenities: Approx 2000 sq ft of heated/air-conditioned indoor space with ample natural light, ADA-accessible restrooms, & waste/recycle service.
Ice MAchine: We do have an ice machine; our staff can help get ice for your event.
Furniture: (3) 10' wooden farm tables, (10) indoor bar stools, (30) indoor chairs
Signage: Personalized welcome sign, PRIVATE PARTY, bar/FOOD menu, etc.
Audio-visual: Bluetooth speaker / PA system with microphone; (1) 75" TV, (1) 85" TV for presentation or slideshow.
Bar / Beverage: Food & Alcohol is AVAILABLE for purchase, let us know in advance for any special request.
Venue Staff: Pre event, Venue Host to assist with audio-visual and maintenance.
Planning Sessions: 1 onsite planning meeting to discuss venue layout, decor/event design, and timeline.
Optional Add on’s
Outdoor Patio / Activity Space: (1) 10' elevated farm table, (5) 6’ Elevated Farm tables (40) outdoor bar stools, (40) outdoor chairs, (9) outdoor pub tables, inquire for options & pricing.
Licensed Bartender: Pricing varies based on menu, timeframe & guest count.
Event Assistant: $25/hour, minimum of 3 hours.
